Politeknika Txorierri attended the third INNOTECS Conference in Lake Como Italy from October 23nd to 24th.
INNOTECS is an International organisation for deans and directors of Technical schools, mainly focused on Vocational Educational Training level and High school level. Anabel Menica together with Nuno Escudeiro from IPP had the opportunity to run a round table and present the outputs of the project to the participants.
Anabel showed them the website and the two courses available. She also showed in detail first some of the units available for the students and then the units for the teachers and the solved exercises available.
The participants were very pleased because they said that the implementation of the material in their own organisations was very easy.
Finally Nuno Escudeiro, from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia Do Porto, showed them the Arduino Laboratory. It is available on our website. It allows anyone who registers to use Arduino in a real life situation.
Nuno explained the usage rules:
- The Ardlab is restricted to one person per session.
- The session duration is set by the administrator, depending on the lessons (5 minutes min).
- The lab can be used multiple times.
- If you don’t have any experience with Arduino, read the guides before using the LAB.
- Have in mind that this is not a simulation and every part can be damaged.
